Step 1 -Detach the roller and freeze it for at least 15 minutes until icey-cold
Step 2 -Re-attach the roller to the handle.
Step 3 -Slowly roll upwards and outwards from the centerline of your face.
Step 4 -Detach the roller when finished. Wash it off, and store in the freezer for next time.
