ALL products are NON-refundable. Exchange unopened products within 14 days. All tools/accessories are final sale.

ALL promotions & treatment packages are NON-refundable but do not have an expiration date. They can be used at your convenience. Should the selected package no longer suit your needs, the remaining value may be transferred toward alternative services or products offered at Bare Ur Beauty Medical Spa.
SHIPPING
Shipping is only available within Canada. Shipping rates are $17.00 within Ontario and $19.00 outside Ontario, within Canada.
Orders will be shipped within 72 business hours. Please make sure the shipping address is correct as we can’t redirect orders once they have been sent. In the case of an incorrect shipping address, additional costs will be incurred by the customer.
All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may occur.
FREE IN-STORE PICK UP
Free in-store pick up available. You will be emailed when your order is ready.
Orders can be picked up during regular business hours.
STUDENT DISCOUNT
Students aged 8 to 25 can enjoy a 10% discount on aesthetic treatments and products by showing a valid student ID.
