• Clear the Canvas: Hair in the treatment area may need to be shaved, and any body piercings under or near the treatment zone may need to be removed to ensure your comfort and safety.

• Consistency Matters: We recommend wearing the same underwear or bathing suit bottoms for each session so your progress photos reflect your true transformation. A sports bra or a light T-shirt is also helpful, as light sweating may occur during treatment.

• Hydrate and Nourish: Drink plenty of water after your session to support muscle recovery and detoxification. You may notice your appetite increase as your metabolism revs up—this is a great time to choose nourishing, balanced meals. Be mindful not to overeat, but listen to your body’s signals with compassion.

• Rest, Then Resume: Your muscles are doing important work beneath the surface. Gentle movement and stretching are encouraged, but avoid pushing yourself too hard until any soreness has eased.

• Stay Aware: Burns beneath electrodes are rare but have been reported with muscle stimulation devices. If you notice anything unusual, such as blistering, please reach out to our office right away for wound care guidance
