4. Sun-Kissed, Not Sun-Stressed: Please steer clear of tanning beds and limit sun exposure for at least one week before your facial. This ensures your skin isn’t sensitized when you arrive.

5. Ease Up on Exfoliation: In the 2–3 days leading up to your facial, avoid strong exfoliants. We’ll take care of that during your treatment, and overdoing it beforehand can leave your skin vulnerable.
