Preparing your skin properly helps ensure the best results and a smoother healing experience.

• Pause active skincare the week before: Discontinue the use of active ingredients such as AHA, BHA, salicylic acid, retinol or vitamin A, low pH vitamin C, and any exfoliating or stimulating products. This allows your skin barrier to be calm and receptive to treatment.

• Focus on hydration: Keep your skin well hydrated in the days leading up to your appointment to support resilience and recovery.

• Stop exfoliation: Avoid exfoliating products for at least 24 hours before your appointment.

• Avoid tanning and UV exposure: Do not use self-tanning products or intentionally expose your skin to UV light for 14 days prior to treatment.

• Pause hair removal: Avoid waxing, bleaching, or other hair removal methods in the treatment area for 14 days before your appointment.

• Review medications: If you are taking blood thinners, aspirin, or other medications, you may be required to obtain GP approval prior to treatment.

• Avoid alcohol: Do not consume alcohol for 24 hours prior to treatment.

• Arrive with clean skin: On the day of your appointment, please arrive without makeup or skincare applied to the treatment area.

• Time injectable treatments appropriately: If you are planning Botox or dermal fillers, allow at least two weeks after those treatments before receiving BioRePeel.

• Share your health history: Let us know about any changes to your health.

Now it’s time to pamper your skin as it recovers and reveals its radiance. Follow these steps to empower your results.

1. Let your skin do the work: Avoid anti-inflammatory medications, ice, arnica, or bromelain for one week, as they can interfere with the natural repair process.

2. Use gentle care: Cleanse with a gentle gel or oil cleanser the next day and keep skin well hydrated with hydrating serum, moisturizer, and SPF. Be sure to follow your aesthetician’s specific protocols.

3. Protect your results: Avoid sun exposure for two weeks. After 24 hours, apply mineral SPF 30 or higher daily and wear protective clothing when outdoors.

4. Support comfort: It may feel like a mild sunburn. Only if necessary we suggest managing with acetaminophen.

5. Avoid heat and sweat: Skip intense exercise, saunas, steam rooms, and hot tubs for 48 hours post-treatment.

6. Keep everything clean: Avoid touching your face. Be sure to use a new pillowcase, wash makeup brushes, phones, glasses, and anything that touches your face. And don’t let your pets lick your face.

7. Stay in touch: Contact us if you experience blistering, excessive redness, swelling, or prolonged discomfort. We will guide you on next steps and skincare reintroduction.

Yes. BioRePeel is safe for all skin types and tones and can be performed year-round. Unlike many traditional TCA peels that cause visible peeling, this treatment is non-invasive and typically has minimal side effects.

Most clients experience little to no peeling. BioRePeel is formulated to renew the skin without significant shedding, though slight, very light skin shedding can occur as the skin refreshes.

BioRePeel helps improve a range of skin issues including acne, enlarged pores, uneven texture, pigmentation or sun damage, fine lines, wrinkles, and dullness—revealing smoother, brighter, more balanced skin. 

For many clients, visible improvements are seen after a single treatment, with optimal results achieved from a series of 4–6 sessions spaced 7–10 days apart. Your aesthetician will tailor the plan to your skin’s needs.
