AviClear

AviClear is a breakthrough laser treatment that targets acne at its source. As the first and only FDA-cleared laser device for mild to severe acne, AviClear safely reduces oil production without medications, downtime, or damage to the skin. With just three treatment sessions, AviClear helps clear active breakouts and significantly reduces the likelihood of future acne, offering long-term results for all skin types.

This is acne care that works with your body, not against it.

How It Works

AviClear uses a unique laser wavelength that precisely targets the sebaceous glands, the oil-producing structures in the skin responsible for acne. By gently heating and suppressing overactive oil glands, AviClear reduces sebum production without over-drying or harming surrounding tissue.

Each session also includes LED light therapy to help calm inflammation and kill bacteria.

This approach eliminates acne at the source rather than managing symptoms. Clinical studies show that breakouts become shorter, less intense, and less frequent after treatment, with results continuing to improve over time.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • To ensure you get the most luxurious and effective experience, please take these steps in preparation:

    1. Arrive with clean skin: No makeup, sunscreen, or skincare products on the day of treatment. If the skin is inflamed prior to treatment, we recommend icing the area.

    2. Avoid active skincare: Pause retinoids, exfoliating acids, and acne treatments 3-5 days before treament.

    3. Limit sun exposure and self-tanner: Avoid tanning and excessive sun exposure, as well as self-tanner prior to treatment.

    4. Prepare the treatment area: Excess hair may need to be shaved. Men should be cleanly shaved.

    5. Share your history: Inform us of current medications, skincare routines, or recent acne treatments. Let us know if you have used Isotretinoion (Accutane) within the last 6 months.

    6. Plan ahead for cold sores: If prone to outbreaks, begin antiviral medication two days before and the day of treatment.

    7. Time injectable treatments appropriately: Treatments can be performed 2 weeks after Botox or fillers. We suggest a 2-week window for full healing from any invasive skin procedure before starting these treatments.

    8. Book a consultation: A consultation is required prior to treatment to ensure suitability and personalize your plan.

  • Now it’s time to pamper your skin as it recovers and reveals its radiance. Follow these steps to empower your results.

    1. Protect your skin: Apply broad-spectrum sunscreen immediately and then every morning. If outside, reapply every 90-minutes. Direct sun exposure should be minimized throughout the duration of the treatment regimen.

    2. Return to normal activities: There is no downtime, and you may resume daily routines immediately.

    3. Use Cold: Cold compresses or chilled gel packs may be applied post treatment for your comfort.

    4. Avoid heat and sweat: Skip intense exercise, saunas, steam rooms, and hot tubs for 48 hours post-treatment.

    5. Be gentle with skincare: Starting the day after, wash face with a gentle cleanser followed by a gentle moisturizer every day twice a day for 7-10 days before resuming regular skincare regimen. Also avoid any treatments that may irritate the skin for 1-2 weeks after treatment (waxing, depilatories, etc.)

    6. Post Care products: Every client receives a 7-day Epicutis Post-Procedure Kit and Mask, which can be either used immediately after treatment or taken home. Using these specific products is highly beneficial for recovery.

    7. Stay consistent: Complete all three sessions for best long-term results.

    8. Monitor progress: Acne clearance continues to improve over time as oil production decreases. If a blister develops, contact us.
